Welcome! My name is Esther and I'm an emergency medicine doctor and Global Health Fellow. When I'm not working or traveling, you'll most often find me hanging out with my family (or indulging my introverted tendencies and hanging out alone).

While I have not achieved my childhood dreams of becoming a great novelist, translating thoughts into words continues to be my creative outlet.  This is where I collect my writing as I navigate life and reflect on my journey.
